I WANT TO START MONEY LENDING ON SMALL LEVEL, IS THERE ANY LEGAL FORMALITY TO BE DONE? HOW CAN I GET GUIDE LINE FOR IT?

You have to apply to the Taluk Tashildar for obtaining the Money Lenders License.
