dear experts advocates.pleas guide me...to get my money back from a company, outside India. before a month ago"in sep",i made a online order to get a product thorough online payment order from credit card.when i place me order for tat product from the company/site "body building .com" they deduct the amount ant said that ,i will get my product in a month.now next day i received a mail that they cancelled my order.as the mode of payment was not right.i should made a payment through "union money transfer" or such other way to make payment,i asked them ,if the mode of payment was not proper,then how can they deduct my amount.and till now"ending October"i haven't get back my payment,as they told me they soon i ll get my payment back.now i want my payment back soon.and want to file a case on misleading the customer and get there money.by which we feel hares,and got cheated by that company.

In fact, you can find not less than 90% of sites doing fraudulent online business just to deprive the gullible clients not only of their money, but also to get particulars of their credit card numbers to misuse the credit card accounts to make more fraudulent transactions. So, please beware of making direct transaction by use of credit card with any foreign firm, except when the site is fully secure, whose website link starts with "HTTPS" instead of "http".
For the present, before taking any other action, first of all instruct the credit card company not to honour any more transactions from that company or get your credit card changed by cancelling your present card to avoid any fraud on your account.

you have been duped . how much is the money involved?
as advised by dhingraji send wrttien representation to your bank not o honour any payments to that fraudelent company .

Yes ! i agree with experts,lot of companies are involved in this on line racket.follow 'caveat emptor' rule as 'consumer is king and forum is there for rescue 'may not effectively work in these kind of deals.
Experts have rightly advised you to act fast and send bank required instructions.

Unfortunately, the credit card company would mostly maintain that they have paid this company.
The responsible usage of credit cards has to be learnt.

as i want to tell u again that money is already deducted,no stop of payment can take place now.as it was deducted in a minute when i placed my order......now the q is that how to get my money back as soon as possible.
is there in which place we can file a suit regarding it.and one more thing let me tell you that before this order place one more order earlier it,paid 3500/-.and we got the product also.but this time when paid 8000 for large box.then problem is raised ,we contacted them.they saying that we will give you in a month.but i wont my money back hurry.or what is the remedy as they hares us.and tension also as money is stoked there..

hello..all experts...can any one tell me about my new quarry
my Clint was sentenced to imprisonment for 5 years and fine rs 5000/-, fine is deposited and appeal had been filled in the year of may 2012.
appeal is been admit but judge not suspend the sentence in the month of July 2012. 2 bail application is been dismissed by giving the ground that.he has not complete even the half time of its punishment. now the appellant has completed the half of its total sentence.2 and half year..now as the appeal was kept in due course..what to do in this situation..what nest step i should take..application for --early hearing/or for undergone/or for bail..in which i can get most probably relief
