Monoculer driving licence

Dear sir
Hear rtos asking medical certificate but civil doctor not even consider to check .
They told me simpally you can't drive

A person with monocular vision or someone with only one good eye can also get a driving license. Consult an eye specialist in your area.

The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) has agreed to consider people with monocular vision for driving, but the Tamil Nadu government has been slow to implement the policy. Some activists claim that RTOs in the state reject applications from monocular candidates. However, others say that RTOs are ready to issue licenses to people who bring medical certificates
one-eyed person , can be issued with a driving license if he/she is medically certified that the disability that he/she are suffering from will not be a source of danger to the public. One eyed person can apply for grant of driving license as per Section 9 of Motor Vehicles Act 1988.
You may have to approach a government doctor if private doctors refuse.
