Monoculer vision medical certificate

Dear sir hear is problem was getting medical certificate rtos says bring medical certificate then he was consider to give licence
But civil doctor coud not be ready for giving medical certificate even we have better eye sight vision they wear told, you will not able to drive
**Privet hospital given report is normal as AIIMS told guidline
