Their families met and finalized their marriage.vimla shinde was married to shekar chavan in may 2011 in thane according to Hindu rites. In August 2011 shekar files a petition for annulment of marriage on the ground that vimala's family falsely represented that they were high caste hindus. In 1965 vimala's father's family changed surname from Gaichor to shinde by Gazette notification. The case is for arguments & have to argue for Plaintiff. Surname is the symbolic representation to a particular caste of a Hindu. Vimla's family originally belong to high caste, but they have changed their surname for obtaining token benefit of the low caste Hindu. Vimla on the other hand has entered into marriage with a high caste Hindu. She is playing double standards. Marriage is based on trust, but not on tactics.
So, the petition for annulment of marriage be allowed and the marriage between Sekhar and Vimla be dissolved.

It has been clarified a number of times that this particular section of 'experts' is totally reserved for the general litigants who suffer a lot in their ongoing legal battle to raise their queries and get replies accordingly whereas 'forum' is other section which can be used to raise the queries which may be academic or like raised in the present matter but deliberately various persons go on violating this causing a great hardship to others as well as to the experts. Admin should ban raising such type of queries in this section.
