dear i can advise you to the extent that moot is generally based on some case laws. please go to your library and look for cases under "murder". you will find a lot of material there. then go through the cases cited for and against the prosecution. in this way you will finally get your answer. secondly, there remain some moot in your law department. you can approach your teacher to show you some old moots for reference. they will definitely help you.
