Mortgage loan

(Querist) 15 July 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hi Experts,

My ancestral house is partitioned in between my father and uncles. Construction isn’t change. I am only son in my family however I have cousins. Partition is registered and also mutation is completed. Now if I go for mortgage loan , will it considered by bank?

If the property is physically partitioned by way of partition deed, the bank can consider it for loan.
