We have a residential house which is in the name of my deceased mother. My father is alive. We have 2 brothers and a sister. My mother had donated a part of our house in my name and the roof in the name of my brother where he has constructed rooms for their uses. How the remaining part our house will be distributed? My sister will not take any part. Who will give registry among the brothers? What does the law says regarding this issue?

Is the property self acquired of your mother or not? Are you a Hindu? If the property is self acquired and expired without leaving a Will, then all the legal heirs of your mother have equal rights over the remaining property.

no useful advise can be given without seeing the papers and inspection of the property.

In another post, Respected Expert Sudhir Kumar has rightly told the meaning of “Vella”. It is is a slang in Punjabi, which means one who does not have any work and roams here and there aimlessly . The word is mostly used in a lighter sense, as it is not a substitute for unemployed or jobless.
It is recollected that at some point of time, Respect Expert Shri Raj Kumar Makkad had used this word for some querist.

Is it not absurd, ridiculous and stupidity to repeat same story time and again for time-pass?
