Mother is the sole and absolute owner of her property during her life-time and can dispose of the same by will or gift. If she is influenced by your mom's relatives, you may end up being deprived of the property.

dont be after your mother property . look after her in her old age . she has already given you one portion to stay .

if she has financial problems she can sell the place or gift it to anyone she desires .
