sir, thanks in advance my query is little big but pls suggest me an advice on this.
"My Mothers family members consists of 3 brothers and 4 sisters in that the elder sister died at very small age after giving birth to two children, now my father in laws ( mothers brothers ) wants to sell the property without giving share to my mother and her sisters then my mother has given legal notice along with two other sisters including the names of the elder sister who has died now we want to withdraw the case as they came for compromise but they dont want to give share to the elder sisters children ,the problem is that elder sister daughter has given verbal commitment that she doesnt want any share but she refuses to sign on papers is there is any problem will arise after registration in future

good that you have settled your dispute .take your share as offered by your uncles . elder sister daughter can later on demand her share .

They have right to file cases for their share, if they have not relinquished their right through registered deed and in such case you may be made a party in the case.

My Mother's mother (grand mother) has written a will stating that a property (house) to be belonged to 3 daughters (out of 4 daughters) after her expire on which the 2 sons has signed has an witness (2 sons out of 3) now the third son wants to file a case against the property , is there any problem for us ?

Hope your 1st and last post are on the same matter and deceased Grandmother was a Hindu, and was a sole owner of the property.
The deceased has already given away the property to 3 daughters. All of these daughters can proceed to claim their share.
The WILL may be probated.
The 2 brothers can’t sell the property given away by WILL.
If there is any more estate of the deceased that is not given away by WILL, all of the children shall share it equally.
The share of the deceased daughter shall be shared equally by her children.
Approach a local lawyer handling such cases, in person with all documents on record.
