Dear Sir

i like to know whether a father who is earning can claim accident claim for a son who 24 yr and was unmarried earn member of the family die in Road accident. Can a Father be a beneficiary if yes can u give me any citation if not then who can be.

yes in such claim cases where a son is unmarried and died in the road accident his mother and father can put a claim

Yes.Father and mother can claim the compensation. To award the compensation both father and mother's age will be considered and average age will be taken to apply the multiplier.

Yes. The Motor Vehicles Act allows for compensation.
