Mou for maketing of products

Hello,

Can anyone plz provide a MOU between two companies for carrying out maketing work on its behalf under the use of patent owned by first company. And the first company shall reimburse the second company for all the work done.

Mout depends upon mutual terms of each party, which is known only to you or the other party. So, it will be your wasteful effort to seek any mou from experts. You will have to visit some local expert to describe about the product and the terms to be observed by both the parites.
