Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 27 March 2011 This query is : Resolved
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MOVE A MOTION IN A CONTEMPT CASE EVEN AFTER THE JUDGE UNDER WHOSE JURISDICTION THE CASE IS AT PRESENT IS IN DIVISION BENCH.
CAN IT BE MOVED EVEN IF THE JUDGE IS NOT SITTING SINGLE AT PRESENT. DOES IT NEED THE PERMISSION OF THE CONCERNED JUDGE TO TAKE UP THE MOTION OR NOT.
