Mrp: where to mention : legal metrology

We are manufacturing “WD- 40” product in 32 gm CAN pack. Whether the MRP can be printed on the bottom of the CAN and on side panel of the CAN mentioned “see the base of the can”. Is it permissible? Or we need to mention it on the side panel only.

Please suggest as per new Legal Metrology Act,2009

The main object is that it is to be evident. In case you are pasting it at the bottom portion you need to state that for MRP see at the bottom of the can at top or side of the can. Meterology act has nothing to do with it as the same is relevant for standards and weights and measures.

Am agree with our friend esther priya. The mrp, date of manufauture, date of expire, weight every thing should be visible.. If you want to print it at bottom mean like her advise you should be mention it.
