Dear sir
I Have paid the bills of MTS Mblaze ,having receipts, still they are sending notices to take criminal actions for non payment of bills. explained to them yet receiving notices to take criminal action. in the receipt for the initilal payment they put the month wrong (that is instead of feburary(2) they put may (5) others are ok how to deal with them is it possible to demand punishment for them for filling a wrong case if they file the case or I have sue them separetly what will be the maximum punishment what will be the cost in chennai for this case. is it possible take criminal action for this case against me

Reply to legal notice thru your lawyer and pull them to DCDRF.

send a reply of the notice and claim compensation from them but if in this notice there is no clause that ignore if already paid. then no need to worry send a simple mail to them regarding your payment.

Thanks all of You. all above this MTS offered 12GB unlimited FUP 144 above that. but they provided only 10 GB UL 44 Kbps due to this only I discontinued service. but I did go through the steps registered complaints, nodel officer and left without continuing this. I have records of this mal practice in their own system But appallete authority rejected my appeal as appeal was not done with in a year . could i raise the issue after almost 20 months in consumer courts and they waited for 2 long years to avoid this.
