One of my clients want to start a Multi State credit Co-operative Society in Punjab

He can register the cooperative society with the permission of the government. Meet the Registrar of Co-Operative Societies. Once you register the coop society, it is governed by the government rules only. No coop society can be owned and controlled by individuals. Only day to day operations can be done by the management, but, under the supervision and control of the government.
