Sir
Based on Munsipality E aasti documents can purchase property or RTC land records khata transfer also shall refer. Since New ownership name is not appear in RTC and old owner name not deleted as per latest rules at karnataka Local advocate not guiding properly.

Based on eAaasti sale deed can perform. But regarding entries In e aasti not matching with RTC and other.doc.
Now question is E aasti issued by Munsipality and also valid. Opinions is dispute. Nationised Bank also given loan on this.

Whether e aasti or e swathu issued by Municipality or Panchayat Raj is valid as legally or not. Since lot of mismatching in entry. As vendor says this one document is sufficient and why are asking other documents. This is the latest system.

If you are from Karnataka E-Aasthi had been integrated with Kaveri to curb property frauds. The integration will allow the Departments concerned to identify fraudsters as individuals involved in the most recent property transactions could be easily identified

If the Public Authority is not complying the RTI application the Second Appeal could be made with in 45 days requesting the Reply for RTI along with the imposition of penalty to the concerned who had not replied.
