Muslim daughters have a right to fathers property

Dear Sir,
my uncle (Muslim) having 2 sons & 2 daughters all are married. my uncle having self acquired 80% & his fathers property 20%. my uncle was expired 1y back without any will & wish, my uncle registered some property (before death) on aunty name, aunty is alive.
my uncles 2 sons told they couldn't share prop with daughters & they takes 100%.
Legally what is my wife share on her father's property & her mother's property. please help us.

What the sons say is not correct. The daughters also have a right to a share in the property left behind by their father. However, all will depend upon what had been left behind and with or without any WILL / GIFT.
Therefore, it would be advisable for you to immediately get in touch with a lawyer, show the documents/papers in your hand and then take things forward. Already you have wasted one year.

You are advised hereby that,the property left by the deceased Muslim father, to be divided between the widow and two sons and two daughters after the payment of all necessary debts of the deceased and also the burial charges of the deceased in the following way.
Wife the widow gets 1/8 of the total property after the said payments, remaining property to be divided between two daughters and two sons in the ratio of 2:1 . The male heir get double of the female heir.

How can you say there will be property after her death?
You being a Muslim such low character questions should not be asked . Who will die and who will live it is the act of Allmighty Allah. How can you say you and your wife will live till her death?

Khaleel saab, you are misunderstand me, i want know this just for my knowledge only. we are not waiting for her death nor going to claim our uncles property.
this question i am asking to know facts and for my knowledge only.
