Muslim mother sold property after died of father and grand .

Hi sir,

My father brought a property in 1995 which is sold by a muslim mother and her sons. But she had 3 minor childrens. Who put a case in 2000 that her mother and brothers cheated and sold ther share . property was der grand fathers . and trail court order degree that pardanashi cant sell a minor property . and limitation time is 12 years and given share og 2/17 .

Please help me out how to win this case

When we purchased property both grand father and father were died and mother of minor children sold on behalf of them, 1 minor child waa, 17 years and another one is 13 years in 1995 they filled case on 2000 so is any limitation act

Hi rajendra sir,

My father purchased a property in 1995.

That property was grand fathers, it is sold by mother , her husband died at that time , all her major sons signed sale deed except 2 minors.

Does minor sons have any right ,? Who are muslims

Permission of court is required for selling property / share belonging to Minors.
