Mutual consent divorce

dear expert,
my friend he is Christiana perform marriage with a Christiana girl they perform the marriage on stamp paper affidavit in 2012 no ceremony at all now they does not want to live in matrimony relationship they want divorce on mutual consent so where they can file divorce what is the procedure to file divorce petition .

Unless the Church has issued marriage certificate, such marriage has no validity. No need for divorce either then.
