Sir,
It is my personal problem. I have a Bajaj scooter in very well condition. R.C has been expired in 2013. I want to dispose it due to lack of space in garage.

After expiry of R.C If I sell it and another uses it whether I may be liable for any mishappening. Problem is nobody is willing to take pain to reregister it or to obtain NOC from previous RTO because it was registered at Bareilly U.P. 300 km far from here.

If I dispose it as garbage and some one uses it what precaution should I take ?

Dear Arvind!
If you dispose it off to any individual certainly problems may arise before you in case of accidents and criminal activities of other kind by that individual.

So even if you wish to sale it as GARBAGE then SALE IT ONLY TO A KABARI REGISTERED WITH RTO OFFICE AGAINST DULY ISSUED RECIEPT OF KABADI WHICH BEARS HIS REGISTRATION NUMBER AS WELL AS BUSINESS SEAL.
