My brother forcing me to transfer property on their name.

i have property issue.
i have no job from last 3 year and financial condition not good.
i am also mentally not well.

my brother ar taking advantage of these conditions and want me to transfer my share on their name.
they have jb and they can sit nd wait for years but my financial condition is not good. i need money immediately.

i pke to police but they say we can't force them to sell
i have this video as evidence that they even tried to beat me for property issue.

Consult a local lawyer and file a case against your brothers for threatening you and forcing you to sell the property is better in my view.

Taking matter to court is long process.. can just file some police complaint. My financial and mental condition is not good and I need money too.

You have the option not to concede to the compulsion. It is different matter if your brother uses violence against you.
