may i get guided on my mother filed a case against me for a gift deed given by my father.It is duly stamped & Registered.Suit for partition in to 4 parts one for her and 3 parts to 3 children my sister and 2 brothers including me

Any dded of transfer can be challenged on the ground of being executed under force, coercion , fraud etc.
So state the nature of your case.

Since the gift deed is registered,your mother would have to prove her version of the case on which she claim that there was no free consent.is not a ground in particular.It is Fraud,or coercion or Misrepresentation,or undue influence which ,if proved,cause the decree of suit.
What are the particulars of "Mesmerized"?has she given any,if not, ask her to furnish them.
