My father name is different in all document

Hello sir ,My father is name Ramesh Sharma in all educational document and my brother's document father name is Ramesh Singh
In the agriculture land document , my father name is Nandlal sharma which is not matching to my educational and other identity document like Aadhar ,PAN etc. .

My father holding all the document with the name of Nandlal sharma
Please suggest ,what should be done so that there is no issue related to any document in the future?

Get gazette publication through the Tahsildar concerned as the name is different in your and your brother's documents.

A name reconciliation certificate is sufficient so as to correct the name.

Your father has to take steps for change o name.He should prepare an affidavit stating one and same person with different names appearing in different documents / places.
After that he should get it published in two local newspaper.
Then along with the copy of the notarised affidavit and the newspaper copy, he can apply for gazette notification about this change of name, once it is published in the gazette, you can keep the gazette copy along with all you documents in order to prove the disparity was erroneous.
