sir
i was married 8 years before and it was love marriage.but my husband is involved with other women for last 6 years.he says to me that he dont want to leave me and trying to leave that other women.But now i came to know that he was with her for 11 months in abroad(maldieves).now she is in jaipur and still he is in maldieves till december 2012.(contract time).
i dont want to seperate with my husband .i just want a solution to handle this problem.is there any law which can help in my problem.Please help.....

Law would come to help you you want separation and for its ancillary reliefs.
If you wan him back in your life then you have to work on your own and not to depend on law alone.

sir actually i am trying at my own but i need some legal support if there is any law like against live in relationship as he was with her for last 11 months....

Any such proof that he is indulged with an other one gives you right to distance away from him,law is so.
There is no law that can compel him to live with you.Law is there only to protect your right in such situations.

Law will help you in punishing him if his adultery is proved. Law will help you in getting maintenance if he deserts you for her. Law even will take him to task if he behaves cruelly with you & you lodge a police complaint u/s 498A but Law can not ensure that he will come back to you & remain 'yours faithfully'. You shall have to work for that personally.
