Name Change

Sir
I have changed my name vide affidavit sworn before an executive magistrate. But my affidavit has judicilal stamp paper on it. Will it be useless as sometimes it is written that affidavit should be bearing Non Judicial stamp paper. What can be possible remedies for this? Please reply.

Dear Author What is your old and New Names.Why you had named Anonymous.Regarding your Query Confirm the same with the Bench Clerk in Magistrate Court and Submit the same as required by them.It is very Simple.I find some people in LCI Not up dating their Profile and advising and Scolding other Experts and frequently supported by others whom I would prefer to Treat as Anonymous.
