Name change in tamilnadu government gazette

Dear Expert,
This is Vanitha R from Chennai, Tamilnadu. Recently I have changed my name in Tamilnadu Government Gazette as Vanitha R. Previously, it was Ayesha J as I converted to Hindu from Islam after my marriage.
I have the proof of change (Tamilnadu Govt. Gazette) and pan card with the new name Vanitha R. But in my marksheets & TC, it was in the old name (Ayesha J)
Kindly suggest that I can apply Central or State Govt. Jobs with the new name. In the application form, it is mentioned - name of the applicant (As per Matriculation/SSC Certificate).

Yes, apply for job or employment with the name as given in the certificate and you can make a mention of the new name by making it as alias so and so.

How to update my religion and community status in the application OBC-Muslim or OBC-Hindu? But in my certificates, it is Muslim.
