Mr Makkad thanks once again but if you can tell me exactly what i have to do and what is the procedure. Let me tell u frankly i dont want o give my uncle a single penny from this as he has been cheating the whole family from so long when we were very small.As we never Knew what was happening between them.So please help me as because of all this my mothers health is affected and we all sacred everyday what will happen.

If you have decided not to give even a single penny to your uncle then you first of all try to get recorded the name of either you or your mother in the record by hook or croock. Then you file a case claiming therein that your uncle had already received his share (cash) during the life time of your grandfather and thus he has no any share in the house. You have now to engage a counsel who shall perform all further acts on your behalf. Follow his guidelines.
