name change (major)after adoption

dear experts,
i adopted in 14 years old,my certificates are continuing with my natural parents name
--> can i change my name and father name(adopted father) etc... with the adoption deed in gazette ?
-->now i am major(male) my age is 26(unmarried)
-->in future i want to continue with my adopted parents details

since u r major now, no adoption deed is necessary. u can change ur name by applying and getting published in Gazette the name u wish to take. u can also amend the changed name in all ur certificates and record accordingly.
