Sir,
My Name In 10th Certificate is Parveen Kumar S/o Sh. Udmi Ram and Other Document i.e 12th Certificate,B.com,M.com & B.ed Certificate is Parveen Kuamr Jain S/oSh.Udmi Ram Jain. Now I Applied for Primary Teacher Job in Uttar Pradesh.I Wnats to know that if If I Select than there is Problem or Not for name difference in Documents if Yes Please Tell me What I Do

how come in your 10th std cerifcate your surname is not reflected ? generally full name and surname is written . what were you doing for so many years .
education board after passage of 10 years would be reluctant to change the certifcate .

matriculation certificate remains in consonance with the school record so board is not at fault rather you inserted additional word Jain.
Anyway, publish in two News-papers that both of your names and the names of your father be regarded as same and thereafter get this change published in Government Gazette.
