sir,
my father had expired.we have one house in the name of my father..what is the procedure for changing the house into my mother name?
me,mother,sister,grandmother are the legalheirs of my father,but my grandmother also expired.but she has 10sons and 2daughters.whether the legalheirs of my grandmother want to sign to change the property into my mothername?

PLEASE SPECIFY WHETHER THE PROPERTY WAS A SELF ACQUIRED PROPERTY OF YOUR FATHER OR IT IS AN ANCESTRAL PROPERTY?

If it is the self acquired property then all the other legal heirs can wither gift their share due share to the mother or execute a deed of relinquishment in their mother.

IT IS WRONG TO ASK SAME THING MANY TIMES BY IMPROVING FACTS EACH TIME.I HAVE REPLIED YOU IN DETAIL TO YOUR EARLIER POST NOW YOU ARE COMING WITH IMPROVED FACT THAT YOUR GRAND MOTHER DIED LEAVING BEHIND 2 DAUGHTERS ALSO BESIDES 10 SONS.
ANYWAY LAW HAS ALREADY BEEN STATED, SAME APPLIES HERE TOO.WHAT EVER UNIT OR FRACTION(for calculation i have supposed it unit) OF OWNERSHIP OF YOUR FATHER WAS IN THE HOUSE WILL BE INHERITED BY HIS 4LEGAL HEIRS EQUALLY(MOTHER,WIDOW,SON,DAUGHTER1/4 each OF YOUR FATHERS' SHARE)NOW SINCE HIS MOTHER(your grand mother) DIED LIVING BEHIND 10 SONS AND 2 DAUGHTERS,hence 1/4 of your grand mother would get divided in 12 equal parts so1/48 going to each of them.
IN ORDER TO MAKE YOUR MOTHER EXCLUSIVE OWNER A REGISTERED RELINQUISHMENT DEED EXECUTED BY YOU ,YOUR SISTER,AND 12 HEIRS OF YOUR GRAND MOTHER IS THE LEAST LEGAL REQUIREMENT.
