I filed O.S for injunction in Junior civil courts regarding my house site and later AWARD passed by national lokadalat.
But, the problem is prior to court dispute some another person bought the site and given some money.Now, he was locked the agreement empty site handover the possession of the AWARD site.
I want to file E.P s to handover the site.Kindly advise.

The suit for injunction was to restrain the opposite party to not to interfere in your possession and enjoyment of the property and the case was decided on a compromise note.
Hence what is the decree that you are going to execute?
The injunction compromise settlement do not have any thing to be executed until and unless there is any condition imposed therein which, if the other party has failed to obey, then you can file an execution petition to execute the compromise decree accordinlgy.
