Dear sir/ madam,
I have one land from my village. This land is nattam survey land. Now I build a one small home( Last month ). Now I want to a property tax of my home. After that I can get EB connection. Village clerk and president not make a property tax, if I ask property tax they are asking 15% of cast of land. I don’t have any document of this land. Because we are using above 32 years .
I told to president I never give this much amount like this, now president saying I will dispose of your home because this land is nattam survey like this.
Question ;
1. President has to rights dispose of my home?
2. Where shall I get property tax?
3. Shall I compliment to anywhere?
4. How I save my home?

Matters relating to open lands are much complicated and the names of the revenue records will differ from state to state. Even though you do not have property records you can get it from the local Mandal Revenue office or concerned district collector. Check whether that particular sy. no. is govt land or private land.
If it is govt land you cannot get title over it. By mere continuous possession you cannot get title and moreover you are in illegal possession.
If it is private land, check up whether there is your name in the record. If there is your name immediately contact experienced lawyer preferably dealing with land disputes, as suggested by Sastry Advocate.
