Nature of payments to a trustee

Respected All,
A society is registered under maharashtra society act, i want to know in what ways or manner the above said society can make payment to a trustee for rendering some services to the above said society. The payments should be legal as far as the Society registration act of maharashtra is conerned, please solve the above query. Thanks in advance.

what kind of services were rendered?
in case society desires to make any payment resolution has to be passed by Managing committee after placing it on agenda . please note that payments over Rs 50,000/cannot be made by managing committee without consent of AGM

Payment made in the sense for the services rendered other than in the capacity of being a trustee of the society, Please provide me some case law related to it.

Trustee cannot get benefit or keep any business relation with the trust as it would amount to misuse of position and that could invite disqualification.
