Hello Sir,
I own a small scale industry in Naya Raipur (New Capital area),which is getting aquired by govt to make educational complex area, i have been working here since 1996 with arround 20 labours and i got started this factory after CSIDC (Chhattisgarh industrial development corporation) and my land is also diverted with govt norms.
Looking into future growth i have taken a handsome loan from Nationalised bank after putting my land paper as mortgage.
Govt has decided to to pay some small amount as a compenation ,which is quite below the current land rate , which dosnt allow me to start somewhr else too.
[starting new place will mean new land rate + establishment cost + 1 year duration business loss]
Please help us how can we stay thr and run my and others livelyhood.
Looking for help, this will save several life...

1)Can this land be aquired since its approved by CSIDC
2)Since my paper is with bank , how proceeding will be done.
3)I have seen several cases whr land is aquired for compney(firm) , but here firm's land is getting aquired by govt

Contest the compensation issue after accepting the proposed one under objection,no other way to go.Engage a local lawyer.

Thr is one side wher govt gives lands/houses to to move ppl from slums , but here i we are standinng since 1996 and govt is trying to moveout,,,
1)cant we stop this process
2)Is thr any law/act/section wih forcess govt to provide suitable land to move ppl and industry

Please file your reply opposing acquisition to the notice of acquisition under sec6 of The Land Acquisition Act, 1894.
You have not stated the details of the notice issued to you and other in the IDC.
You and others affected by the acquisition can contest and prevent acquisition if you can prove your case.
