Hi all the expert and professional
There is a land located in Delhi which is Nazul Land Supported by perpetual lease
Whether the bank or financial institution can take such nazul land as mortgage If yes whether there is any specific requirement for the same
What are the provison for conversion of Nazul Land to freehold

President of India, on free hold basis of residential
plots under the Delhi Development Authority
(Disposal of Developed Nazul Land) Rules - 1981
is nazul land sold by DDA . in such a caseland can be morgaged to bank for which DDA will give NOC

No sir the land is in name of individual in such circumstances mortgage can be done ??
And just to confirm whether DDA (Disposal of Developed Nazul Land) rules 1981 cover the provsions of conversion to freehold
whether post conversion mortgage feasible or pre conversion i.e. Mortgage of nazul land is feasible
