NBW of dt. 3/3/10

I did not received any summon from the last 4 years. As per your instruction i had found out from PS about my case status and from there i have got to know that there is NBW of Dt. 3/3/10 is there.

Please explain
1. why there is warrant waiting for me when i did not received any summon or any kind of intimation from court or from PS?

2. Do i again need to go jail?????

I am going to meet a lawyer tomorrow but i am worried, Please help.

meet yr lawyer freely.
it is also yr duty to know about yr case after bail.
but however now the warrant has issue from d court .
then look the view and the past history of dt court in the matter of recall the warrant.
other wise do't take risk go to the high court for recall the warrant on this ground that u have not receive any summon from d court.
and you bleive in justice and redy to attent the court.

get the warrant cancelled by the court issuing the warrant n contest the trial.
