Dear sir

I had filed a complaint against gati ltd and the same was allowed. Gati then filed apeal before the state consumer comission in haryana and it was dismissed. Now gat has approached national commission and the same was after 4 hearings admited and in march 2011 has been on "LIST IN DUE COURSE" Kindly explain what is list in due course and how much time will be taken by our case to be listed. Since the complainent is super senior citizen of age 81 years can we put any application for early hearing ?

Regards

You can file a petition to prepone the matter by stating the fact the the 'respondent'(de facto complainant) is a senior citizen.

You can very well file such application seeking earlier disposal of the mater keeping in view your age and health. Otherwise also justice delayed is justice denied.

LIST IN DUE COURSE means longing in wait for number.

Yes you can apply for expedite listing and hearing.
