ncdrc, Application for early hearing

My father the complainent is 81 years old. Since we are appearing in person in the case. Kindly advise how to draft a good application for preponement or early hearing of the case "list in due course"

Take a plea of his old age. The commission should allow the petition for expeditious hearing.

in your application you have to mention the following points

1) year when case was filed
2) pending for how many years
3) current age of complainant
4) request court to expedite final hearing of suit /pettiion /complaint as complainant is a senior citizen
