it does not requires any citation. All the persons who have got right in the properties are necessary parties and also the purchasers of the undivided property

Is the Court rely only on judgments and not over the Application moved Under O.I Rule 10,
press the interest in your application again before the Learned Judge and I see that you will be happy to learn that.....

Those who are not made party,can file suit and as such there shall be multiplicity of the suit, so you should not leave any person whose interest are involved i.e. to avoid fresh suit.
