Necessary party to a suit

(Querist) 13 December 2013 This query is : Resolved
What if no specific role of all defendants is given in the suit but only of one is given?

Also what if legal notice was sent only to one director and not all? Also all the docs/evidence relates to only one director and not all ho have been sued.

what defense do the other directors have as they too have been sued? Can their name be struck off under order 1 rule 10(2) of cpc.

Classroom exercises are not solved here. Better be attentive in your course modules in the class.
