Dear Expert,
Our family feels to have a Settlement Agreement in the name of my Mother. My father also accepted to transfer all his owned properties to my mom's name. We need to prepare a Perfect document for it. I wish to have a Lawyer who would be helpful to complete all the formalities within the time. Im staying in Chennai , Ashok Nagar.
Could anyone help from your side for completing the documentation and Registration of the same legally.
