my father took a loan 3 years earlier from a money lender ,and repay it ,but now the moneylender came to our house and give slangs to my dad.i like to beat him but afraid of any legal problem with it.what will i do?we said to him that he should go for court as we know that we pay him every penny.but he contiues his threat.
please help me.

respectable lawyers,
from a source , i have informed that this moneylender trying to prove that we have taken money from him.he provokes us to lodge a police complaint where we need to explain the reason of threat.as he dont gave us any document regarding repay ,so is it safe to lodge a complaint?please help me.

how was loan advanced by moneylender by cash or cheque ? how was repayment made ? by cash or cheque?

to ajay sethi sir,
dad took loan from this illegal moneylender on high rate of interest about 15% monthly by cash.
repay this loan by cash.they dont gave any reciepts because they dont have license for lending money.

You may follow the course as suggested by expert Mr. Barman. Donot commit to have borrowed any money, lodge a complaint that he is falsely threatening to repay the money which he never advanced or say that you have already repaid the entire amount but he still insists on more vide exorbitant interest calculation.

If so-called money lender has no license with him, don't care him as he can do nothing against you.
