Hello All,
1.Already everyone know about my story ,my wife and her father arrested and remnded in Pulzal prision under IT ACT.
2.My wife has filed 498A case,charge has been filed only on my name ,I have approached High court for Quashing.
3.She has filed Maintance case
4.After all this ,recently she has filed Domestice violence after one year of sepeartion.Not yet received the summons for the same.
5.Now,cybercrime police Inspector and wife family join together,recently my wife filed cyber crime case against me ,the Inspector accepted the complaint and threatning me .
6.And wherever I go they filing cases on me in all Police stations by using their money power.
7.In this situation anyone can suggest me ,what should I do?
8.If i get Ex-party divorce (not appearing for divorce hering),it will reflect in other cases like Dowry & Domestice?
9.They have approached Highcourt for reinvestigation of 498A ,petion is rejected .Now again they have approached police and they have filed new complaint against me.
10 Every day am getting threatning phone calls from "n" number of police stations.
Please advice me ,what should I do in this situation

1. If divorce is granted the case under DV ct ill come to an end. However other case for maintenance u/s 125 crpc or case u/s 498A shall continue.
However I would not advise you to allow the divorce suit decreed ex parte against you.
You can also file cases against them, if you so wish. Meet a good advocate.

Yes this is a tough situation but once you decide to face it bravely sooner or later you would win. Such cases increasing and are taking the shape of legal terrorism from wife side.
Consult your lawyer to counter them and defend yourself.
