iam facing 498,and trail is going on, maintainnece case and RCR on me, , i already filed for divorce after she filed for maintaince, first she filed 498a on me
now again she filed ipc 493 494 495 497 on me ,my collegue and my brother by lodging private complaint in court,police r troubling me,shuld i get AB. my brother lives seperately ,shall he also need ab,pls advice ,police r saying no need for my brother and my collegue to take bail at present,shuld my colleague also to take AB,police saying me only to take bail ,shall i really need bail or what to do. finally, does private complaint in court leads to take bail or arrest.does court have powers under crpc198 to register the case,im from andhra
