Dear Members;
Please help me out. My company filed a money recovery suit cum declaration suit in Rohini Courts in New Delhi.
I left the Company with hand overing all my works in proper manner, despite they sent damned notice and later in they filed recovery suit for 3 months notice period.
I resigned from the services due to ill- ness, but they have accepted it nor issue reveling letter.
Pls let me know who can able to file Vakalathname in favour of me.
I except advocates to take my case who have good knowledge about Labour/Employment issues..
