Need for lawyer - incase on consensual divorce

Wanted to check if a lawyer is needed if both parties agree. Also what is the process for divorce.

For it you have to engage an advocate and apply for it.

You can visit the court premises and get feedback about suitable lawyer as per your need.

In Family court, Lawyer is not compulsory, In fact Court insist w/o Lawyer.
To avail lawyer's service, one have to apply to allow to engage Advocate in FC.

So can do w/o Lawyer.

but time consuming, and tedious
can get free Legal Aid, if poor.

agree with Mr shroff . it is not compulsory to engage a lawyer . but better to engage lawyer . serch in LCI data base for lawyers in bangalore
