These top members they do not give proper advice, simply they will say something two lines for unwanted advice, but they wont give 100% answer to the query. I know they want to earn points to get gifts will be given by LCI.
Some members totally will say like "YES AGREE WITH XYZ". Even some members do not the legal knowledge properly, I saw most of the time their advice will be wrong.
See our Ramacharan last week he was on 6000 points, but now he has crossed 7500 points because of to get gifts from LCI.
According to me these below members are not good advocates, they are looking for points to get gifts from LCI.

hold your tong. Then why you are here. For what purpose you have asked this query.
Members have been made points for their reply. What is your problem if members get gifts from LCI for their recognize.

Probably, Mr. Venkatnarayanan thinks as if the experts here are with the sole aim of winning a T-Shirt as gift from LCI. There may be a few of the members listed above whou would have jumped to give answer to question they may not be knowing about, just to gain some points, but the views of Mr. Venkatnarayanan about all others are not fair on his part.
Since he is also free to comment on answers of the members, which he may feel wrong according to his knowledge, Mr. Venkatnarayanan is advised to better make his own comments against the concerned questions, where he would like to challenge the advice of the members against the question concerned, rather than making such a negative propaganda in general against the members.

Dear Mr. Venkatnarayanan,
I value your observations.
While I cannot speak for others, I would like to state that I am not aware of any gift by LCI and nor did I concentrate on earning any points. For me, any point that might have been shown against my name is inconsequential.
IF POSSIBLE, YOU MAY RECOMMEND TO THE LCI ADMINISTRATION AND TREAT MY POINTS AS ZERO AND NOT TO ALLOT ANY POINTS TO ME AT ALL. BY THIS POST, I ALSO APPEAL TO THE LCI ADMINISTRATION TO MAKE MY POINTS AS 'ZERO' AND NOT TO ALLOT ANY POINT(S) AT ALL TO ANY OF MY FUTURE REPLIES / ANSWERS.
I also know that you do not have any personal grouse against me - for the simple reason neither you have seen me nor do we have any personal animosity between us. But, I take it that you have made these observations in the best interests of the LCI Site.
Having said this, I also would like you to help me by posting in the same threads wherever I had given replies - which you obviously feel that I have not given full answer. Once you point out in the respective thread, I will try to honestly see and make amends if felt necessary. Unless you do this, I honestly hope that you will agree with me that would only remain a shot in the dark and your main objective of improving the quality of answers in the LCI would elude all of us.

Mr. Venkatnarayanan, what you say or observed may be right, but you cannot say that all experts are like that. Next, when an expert says he agrees with the other expert, he means that all the points have been covered and the question answered by other expert is totally correct and nothing extra has to be mentioned, hence he says "agreed with other expert". By saying this the expert saves his time and energy. If at all he feels that the answer is not complete then he will continue and complete the answer. Hence, you cannot say that he does not have the knowledge of the law.

sorry sir, I wont repeat it again, now I want to share the reason that why I posted the such query. One of my friend had given one case to the advocate to handle but that advocate has misleaded stating that the court Rs.50,000 has to pay, my friend paid Rs.50,0000 to him, but after cross check it has come my friend knowldge that there will no court fee for criminal case for 138 cheque bounce.
Becaze of this i posted such a unwanted comment, i m really very sorry to all my members.

Many of the queries were answered. Those who benefited sends thanks giving mails.
Many of queries were not answered. They are unhappy on us and LCI.
As a true professionals we take both the feed backs in the right spirit.
Every man needs recognition for his efforts. We are not Buddhist. We also expect some recognition from the members / LCI that's all.
Mr.Ramachandran and other experts deserves appreciation for sparing their precious time in sharing their knowledge. There are many ways to show the appreciation as follows:- a Thanks, a kiss to the hand which typed the reply to the query, marks to the query etc. These are all only token of appreciation, not showing the rupee value of their works.
The experts are getting recognition for sharing their knowledge, showing their interest and for spending their time.
This LCI is allowing every body to give their views.
You are the optimum user of the freedom of expression.
You passed sarcastic comments on the experts and started giving lame excuse that your friend is cheated that is why you reacted this.
If your statement is true, you please come forward to disclose the name of your friend, cheque details, proof for the fees paid and the details of the advocate who cheated him.
I will take up the case of 138 and the case against the so called advocate entirely at free of cost.
Hope you respond with the facts and figures.

Some body (anonymous) had posted the similar query by 10 a.m. on 15.04.2011 by calling the experts as
"top waste 10 members."
that Query was immediately removed by the LCI administrator.
Now you have selected top 30 members and passed the similar comments.
Comments should be healthy, but, not scandalize the experts. Don't, hurt the noble intentions of the experts.

Do you think that this is the right of criticism it is the right reflection of the mirror.
We have see that we have about 1.10 lakhs members. How many of them had passed these type of sarcastic comments on the experts. I have seen fair comments of the unsatisfied members are less than 25.
The thanks giving mails to the experts is the proof of the quality of the service of LCI. So, the satisfied members are in majority.
Any how these types of sarcastic comments will not shake the confidence of the other members on LCI.

Now the experts should feel more concern to the comments of advocate of Expert "Your Advocate" than the comments of query poser Mr.Venkatanarayan! Since these negative comments eminated from one of the experts on the panel, LCI should be serious to stop such negative compaign against it which works for a noble cause.

Probably our experts would have decided to ignore such a comment, unlike me.
These types of negative campaigning has to be removed at the root level.
Still the query poser had not responded to me. He claimed that his friend was cheated by an advocate. If it is true, I requested him to give the details of the persons. I told that i will take up the 138 case at free of cost and assured to initiate action on the "so called" advocates. The query poser is very silent.
I don't want to comment on his intention.
If we are not taking any useful steps to stop these types of queries, it will be a continuing story. Any body can scandalise the LCI experts and will simply say "Sorry".
I recollect the dialogue of Captain Vijayakanth in Tamil Movies "The one and only word I hate in English Dictionary is SORRY".
Asking sorry is a for a mistake committed, accidentally, unknowingly and unexpectedly. In this case the same comment is posted twice. Is it a mistake?

This problem gets solved if the experts who feel so egoists limit their answers to the problems only and if not sure do not add unreal comments.
The criticism should be taken as mirror for correction instead of abusing the mirror.

A mirror should reflect the real picture.
Dhuriyothanan also acted as mirror, he saw every body in the world as bad men. Dharma also acted as mirror, he saw every body in the world as the nice gentlemen.
The opinion of them was totally different. Just because of the preconceived decision, both of them gave their own views.
Here also, the mirror is an accountant, is in the LCI as a member from June 2010. Not at all raised any query or not even answered any query till 15.04.2011.
What the mirror had done is just posted this query?
Addressed the my colleagues and senior lawyers as “waste members” and “not at all good advocates”.
A person who is not having any better or bitter experience starts writing this. Is it a criticism? It is a defamatory statement.
The person gave lame excuse and claimed a bitter experience of his friend. For this also I came forward for his “so called friend’s” rescue. But, the mirror is very quiet, not even bothered to reply about his friend’s case, that too when I am ready to conduct his case at free of cost. This clearly shows that he is telling cock and bull stories for his “defamatory statements” on the senior lawyers.
If it is a real criticism he should give facts and figures of his experience or his friend’s experience in LCI. But, the mirror claims an experience of his friend with an advocate. By this he is not only defaming the senior lawyers of this LCI but also the advocates in general.
The advocates are well trained in identifying and handling the defamation.

While perusing the views and observations made by different LCI Members/experts, I personally feel that there is scope for review and improvements in the answering and marking/grade systems followed by this Club. For instance, when a particular question has been answered more or less correctly to the point raised, the Administration may better stop receiving further answers to the question, so as to eliminate such sterotype answers like "I agree with XYZ",etc., just to gain some point.
Further, many imaginary questions are raised in different names such as "Annonymous", "Your Advocate", etc.etc., It is felt that the unless the LCI Members are bold enough to be forthright to raise questions by disclosing their own Names or clear identity, the LCI administration may not entertain such questions raised by annonomous or unknown persons. RTI is in force in India from the year 2005 and there is now no place for secrecy or hidden agenda while interacting in social fora like the LCI. Therefore, I am of the strong view that the administration should encourage those who are making use this Club to disclose their true identity/name,etc.,
I feel extremely happy to see that some of the experts have shown their maturity by welcoming constructive criticism in this forum. I too have added few points hereinabove without any kind of malice towards anyone, but with the sole objective of further strenghtening this Forum. As far as the prize/award,etc., is concerned, though my name also appeared within the top 20 members of the Club continuously for several months within last 2 years, I have never received any such awards/gifts, so far. Thus, we are not here for the sake of prize/award, but to have healthy interactions with the legal professionals.

I also felt that some experts answer for the sake of points only. My humble submission is that, we must be sincere in our answers and when a query is not in your field just skip it without attempting to get better score in roll of fame.
