Dear Client,
Don't worry. simply get a notarized affidavit from your former employer that there was a mistake made in correct writing of your name in the service certificate issued by them(I don't think it was your resignation letter wherein they misspelled your name because you tender resignation letter and obviously you don't commit mistake in writing it))and so and so is your correct name as authenticated by your School Leaving certificate etc. Then produce this affidavit with your new employer along with your original certificates and their copies for verification by the new employer in proof of your correct name.

Well advised by the expert Ms.Nirmala P.Rao ji, it is just a writing / typing mistake and not taken seriously.
