Mr. Ksv Raju

Your manner of seeking advice is not appreciable. Anyone can get annoyed with your statement, "so what if it is academic query," as if you think to have a statutory right to extract reply from experts, on whatsoever type of question you put before them. No expert can be compelled to guide or advise you, if you put academic type of questions, instead of making mention of your real problem.

You are an advocate and I can well understand about your problem, as nobody can be all-rounder or expert to sort out all types of legal problems. You could well have sought guidance from your colleagues here by appropriately introducing yourself and also explaining your real problem. That way everyone would have been happy to provide you appropriate help to sort out the problem pertaining to your client.

A knowledge/ guidance seeker must be humble, not arrogant.
